High-Protein Vegan Ramen

Warming, rich high-protein vegan ramen packed with veggies and plant-based nutrients.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Boon Broth
  • 12 ounces hot water
  • 1 serving cooked, marinated tofu
  • 1 cup your favorite cooked veggies
  • 70 g gluten-free ramen noodles (or one serving)
  • sriracha for topping (optional)
  • cilantro for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix 12oz of hot water with 2tbsp of Boon Broth powder in a soup bowl.

  2. Add in cooked and drained ramen noodles of choice.

  3. Next, add in as many cooked veggies as you desire. I used a frozen asian medley blend and cooked beforehand.

  4. Finally, toss in your cooked marinated tofu.

  5. Top with sriracha, cilantro or scallions. Enjoy!
