Warming, rich high-protein vegan ramen packed with veggies and plant-based nutrients.
Mix 12oz of hot water with 2tbsp of Boon Broth powder in a soup bowl.
Add in cooked and drained ramen noodles of choice.
Next, add in as many cooked veggies as you desire. I used a frozen asian medley blend and cooked beforehand.
Finally, toss in your cooked marinated tofu.
Top with sriracha, cilantro or scallions. Enjoy!
