Matcha White Chocolate Protein Balls

Naturally sweetened, delicious matcha white chocolate protein balls are perfect for a healthy, energy-boosting snack.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup agave or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 scoops plant-based protein powder (about 46g)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp matcha powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients (except for the white chocolate chips) thoroughly in a bowl until combined. This will take some arm work.

  2. Once fully combined, gently fold in white chocolate chips.

  3. Scoop the dough out using a cookie scooper (about 1.5T) onto a parchment lined baking sheet. About 9-10 balls will be made.

  4. Once all dough is scooped out individually, gently roll each in your hand to form smooth balls.

  5. Let cool in the fridge for 30-60 minutes or until firm. Store in an air-tight container.
