Naturally sweetened, delicious matcha white chocolate protein balls are perfect for a healthy, energy-boosting snack.
Mix all ingredients (except for the white chocolate chips) thoroughly in a bowl until combined. This will take some arm work.
Once fully combined, gently fold in white chocolate chips.
Scoop the dough out using a cookie scooper (about 1.5T) onto a parchment lined baking sheet. About 9-10 balls will be made.
Once all dough is scooped out individually, gently roll each in your hand to form smooth balls.
Let cool in the fridge for 30-60 minutes or until firm. Store in an air-tight container.
